Academic Extension

At Little Grove Primary School, we pride ourselves on extending our student’s academic ability. These students are identified early as Talented and Gifted and given access to extension programs.

Our school hosts the Primary Extension and Challenge (PEAC) program. This involves selected Year 5 and 6 students from 23 schools across the region, being invited to participate in this extension program.

The teacher in charge of this program is Mrs Margriet Walker. She is specially trained in extending students who are talented and gifted. As part of our teaching staff, Mrs Walker actively shares her teaching expertise and the programs resources across the school to benefit all our students.
