Year 2 students at Little Grove Primary School have a very special set of ears to listen to them read this year............................

LGPS are very excited to introduce a new volunteer team from Storydogs - Sue and 'Ruby'.

They will be visiting the school once a week to help our Year 2 students with their reading.

Each week during term time five students will come out of their classroom and sit one-on-one with Ruby and Sue and read story books together.  Ruby does not mind at all if the student makes a few mistakes and may even fall asleep to the sound of the words being read !

Ruby has been practicing at home with her new reading rug, books and her smart new Storydogs uniform. - so that she is ready to help our students during 2021.
